Before we take any steps in repairing and/or securing
your property, we will thoroughly inspect it. Upon completion of this
inspection, you will be provided with both a written report of our findings as
well as photographs. This tells you exactly what we found needs to be done and
lets you store the information in your records.
Estimates
A written estimate of any repairs or other issues we
encounter on our initial inspection will be provided to you upon completion of
said inspection. We will also tell you exactly what needs to be done for HUD
conveyance of your property.
Bacteria Removal
Lockdown will remove bacteria on your property through
the use of state-of-the-art "bioremidiation" technology. Basically,
we introduce enzymes into the effected area(s), which break down the bacteria
and can then be easily cleaned up. This avoids the need for abrasive or caustic
chemical cleaners.
Eviction
We can help with unwanted persons remaining on your
property. After you provide a Writ of Possession, we will remove the person(s).
Should it prove necessary, we will request the aid of a sheriff's deputy. This
will be done as quickly as we can manage so that you can determine if any
damage has occurred and if repairs are necessary.
Mold Removal
Mold can be a huge problem for you. Lockdown is fully
equipped to remove and properly dispose of mold. We can then restore the
affected areas, and all mold removal is performed to industry standards by our
team of professionals.
Debris Removal
All debris, whether interior or exterior, will be
removed and properly disposed of. All debris removals leave the area looking
clean, and we provide you with before-and-after pictures for your records.
Securing
We know that security is your top concern, and we can
help you there as well. We will secure all doors (even broken ones) and
windows, and any locks can be set to the codes you specify. All security is
performed to HUD specifications.
