Lockdown – The Property Preservation Specialist will perform an initial inspection of your property to determine present condition and what steps need to be taken to ensure your property is secured and preserved. A written report will be submitted to you upon completion of our inspection. Photographs of your property will be included for your records.

Lockdown – The Property Preservation Specialist will remove bacteria due to backed up sewer lines and residual water by using state of the art bioremediation technology. This process introduces live enzymes into the contaminated environment where they ingest the bacteria, therefore eliminating the contamination without the use of caustic chemicals.

We will assist you in removing evicted persons from your property. After a Writ of Possession is obtained by our client, we will assist, either accompanied by a sheriff’s deputy or alone, in removing evicted persons from your property as quickly as possible so that you can reclaim your property and assess any damage.

We know that mold damage is of great concern to our clients. Proper remediation of mold, including removal, appropriate disposal and final repairs to affected areas are performed by our team of professionals to meet industry standards.

Upon completion of our initial inspection, a written estimate of all repairs necessary for the preservation and HUD conveyance of your property will be submitted to you.

We will remove and properly disposal of all debris, interior and exterior of the property. Houses are left in broom clean condition and before and after photos are provided.

Security of your property is our foremost concern. We will secure your property against intrusion by securing all locks, keyed to the key codes you specify and securing any windows or broken doors per HUD specs.
